Nationale Fietsen Projecten/Fiscfree bike plan

What is the Nationale Fietsen Projecten (NFP) / Fiscfree bike plan and how does it work?

The Nationale Fiets Projecten (NFP), also called the Fiscfree bike plan, is a Dutch government program giving employees in the Netherlands a tax advantage when buying a new bike through their employer.

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact your HR department to discuss options and get approval.

  • Once approved, submit your order via the Fiscfree bike plan portal.

  • Make sure the total price in the portal matches the correct amounts:

    • Pro: €3,405.94 (Electric Pro €3,299 + Delivery €49.95 + Lock €56.99)

    • Lite: €2,705.94 (Electric Lite €2,599 + Delivery €49.95 + Lock €56.99)

    • Want an extra ART2-certified lock (€108.99)? Adjust totals to: Pro €3,457.94 / Lite €2,757.94

If the amounts are incorrect, contact NFP to adjust your order. Veloretti will handle your Fiscfree order and send a confirmation when ready.

Conditions:

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with this program.

  • Bicycle vouchers can currently only be used for NFP bicycle insurance, not Veloretti products.

  • Bikes cannot be delivered via Click&Collect to Veloretti retail partners.

How should I pack my bike for return shipment?

Please return your bike securely in its original packaging, including the box and packing materials. Proper packing is essential to prevent damage during transport.

Packaging requirements

  • Original box
Bikes must be returned in the original box using the packing materials they arrived with.

  • Replacement box
If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us to arrange a replacement box for a small fee.

  • Preventing damage
Make sure the bike and any loose parts cannot move inside the box. Movement during transport can cause damage.

Packing instructions by bike type
Follow the guidelines below to help ensure your bike arrives safely.

  • All bikes
Use the original packing materials or add sturdy cardboard, protective sheets, or plastic wrapping. Cover sharp or exposed metal parts and any areas where components could rub against the frame.

  • Electric bikes
Turn the pedals and remove them after loosening the handlebars. The battery can remain installed as long as the bike is powered off. Include all loose items, such as the charger and keys.

  • City bikes
Remove the front wheel and place it next to the frame. Wrap the wheel axle to protect the frame from scratches. Turn the handlebars so the bike fits properly in the box, and add enough padding to prevent movement.

  • Kids bikes
Make sure all parts are secure and cannot move inside the box. Firmly tape loose parts to the frame and protect vulnerable areas with packing material.

Troubleshooting Electric One

Electric One and display

My Electric One does not turn on

A common reason your Electric One won’t start is a drained battery. Charge the battery for a few hours, then press the display for five seconds to turn it on.

If it still doesn’t start, check whether the battery is supplying power. A simple test: lift the rear wheel off the ground, spin it, and see if the lights on the Enviolo® button illuminate. If they don’t, the battery may not be providing power.

If the Enviolo® button lights up, the issue could be with the display. Inspect the screen, cables, and connectors for any damage. Disconnecting and reconnecting the cable can sometimes help, but be very careful, as connectors are delicate.

For further assistance, visit your nearest Retail Partner.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One display is not showing SoC (State of charge) or speed info

If your display isn’t showing the battery level (State of Charge) or speed, it could mean your Enviolo® isn’t sending the correct information.

Troubleshooting
Turn off your Electric One and carefully unplug the cable connected to the Enviolo® device.
Reconnect the cable (handle with care, as the plugs are delicate) and turn the bike back on.
Check the display to see if the SoC and speed are now showing correctly.

For further assistance, visit your nearest Retail Partner.

Electric One and motor

My Electric One motor gives a ticking sound

If you hear a ticking noise coming from the motor, please contact your local service partner for a check-up.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One motor gives inconsistent or no support

If your motor provides inconsistent support or stops assisting altogether, contact your local service partner for inspection.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One motor feels weak / low power

If the motor feels weak or provides less power than expected, the issue could be with the speed magnet on a spoke of the rear wheel. The speed magnet communicates with a sensor on the right lower part of the frame (facing forward). Every time the spoke with the magnet passes the sensor, it tells the motor how much power is needed to reach your speed.

Check the speed magnet:

  • Make sure the magnet is tightened to the spoke and facing the right side of the bike.

  • Locate the sensor on the right lower part of the frame (black, branded Bafang).

  • Spin the wheel so the magnet passes in front of the sensor. Adjust it to the correct height (2–3 cm from the rim toward the wheel center).

If the problem continues, contact your local service partner.

Electric One and battery

My Electric One battery button is not working / showing any lights

If pressing the battery button doesn’t light up, the battery might be fully empty and needs charging. Charge it for a couple of hours and check if the lights turn on.

Also, double-check that all connection points are properly plugged in.

If the lights still don’t appear after charging, the charger itself could be the issue.

If the charger is working correctly and the problem persists, contact your local service partner for assistance.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One battery is not charging

If your battery isn’t charging, the charger might not be working correctly. The charger has two lights indicating the charge status:

  • Orange: Charging in progress, battery not full

  • Green: Battery fully charged

If no lights appear when plugged in, check the power source, cables, and plugs to ensure everything is properly connected. If all connections are correct and there are still no lights, the charger may be broken.

If your battery still won’t charge, or you suspect a faulty charger, please contact Customer Care.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One battery range seems very low

The battery in your Electric One usually takes about 7 hours to charge and provides a range of 60–120 km. Battery range can vary depending on several factors:

  • Weather conditions

  • Tire pressure and road quality

  • Total weight on the bike

  • Battery age

  • Average speed

  • Level of motor assistance

  • Enviolo® settings

  • Type of surface

The more of these factors that come into play, the shorter the range may be. Remember, the battery is always active and uses a small amount of power even when the bike is not in use.

We recommend charging your battery regularly and avoiding leaving it empty for long periods. Batteries can self-discharge over time, and a deep discharge can affect their capacity.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One battery was dropped

If your battery has fallen or been hit, stop using it and take it to your nearest service partner for inspection.

Safety tips:

  • Leaking battery: Do not touch it. Leaking electrolytes can irritate the skin. If any gets in your eyes, do not rub. Rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.

  • Hot battery: Keep yourself and others at a safe distance. Avoid touching it.

A dropped battery can overheat, smoke, or even catch fire.

Do not use the battery if you notice:

  • It becomes hot during use, charging, or storage

  • A strong smell develops

  • Its appearance changes

  • Any other unusual behavior

For more details, see the Electric One manual on battery use and storage.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One battery or charger gets extremely hot or shows melting parts

If your battery or charger becomes very hot or shows signs of melting, this indicates a defect. Stop using the battery and charger immediately and disconnect them from the bike. Store the battery in a safe place outside.

Do not open the battery or charger. Have your battery inspected by your nearest service partner.

Electric One and enviolo

My Electric One Enviolo® gears are not shifting

If your gears aren’t shifting smoothly, it could be for a couple of reasons.

  • Calibration issue: The Enviolo® device may need to be (re)calibrated. Download the Enviolo® manual and follow the instructions for calibration: Veloretti-Electric-Manual-Enviolo-Calibration.pdf

  • Automatiq® error: Sometimes the system can be reset by unplugging the cable for a few seconds. After reconnecting, try calibrating again.

Was this helpful?

My Electric One Enviolo® calibration is not working

If calibration isn’t working, try the following steps:

  • Disconnect your bike from Bluetooth and turn it off.

  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and reconnect via Bluetooth.

  • Check that all plugs are connected correctly.

  • Make sure the LED on the Enviolo® button is lighting.

  • Confirm the speed magnet ring is in place.

  • Pedal smoothly and consistently for at least 25 seconds at speeds above 15 km/h.

  • Set the assistance level to 0.

  • If it still won’t calibrate, try connecting with a different device.

If the problem persists, contact your nearest service partner.

Was this helpful?

What do the lights on the Electric One Enviolo® button mean?

Troubleshooting Electric Two

Electric Two and display

My Electric Two does not turn on

If your Electric Two doesn’t turn on, the most common reason is a discharged battery. Charge it for a few hours, then press the display for five seconds to start your bike.

Check if your Electric Two is receiving power from the battery: lift the rear wheel off the ground and spin it while observing the lights on the Enviolo button. If they don’t light up, the battery may not be supplying power.

Display issue?
If the Enviolo button lights up but the display stays off, the display might be faulty. Inspect the screen, cables, and connectors for damage. Carefully disconnect and reconnect the cable, as the connectors are delicate.

For further support, visit your nearest retail partner.

My Electric Two Pro display is not showing SoC (State of charge) or speed info

If your display doesn’t show the battery level (SoC) or speed, it may be that your Enviolo isn’t sending the correct information.

Troubleshooting:

  • Turn off your Electric Two Pro and unplug the cable connected to the Enviolo device.

  • Carefully reconnect the cable — these plugs are delicate — and turn the bike back on.

  • Check if the SoC and speed are now displayed.

For further support, visit your nearest retail partner.

Was this helpful?

My Electric Two motor gives inconsistent or no support

If your motor provides inconsistent support or stops assisting altogether, contact your local service partner for inspection.

Was this helpful?

My Electric Two motor gives low amount of power

If your motor feels weak even when using the assistance levels on the display, the issue might be the speed magnet on one of the rear wheel spokes. This magnet communicates with a sensor on the lower right part of the frame (facing forward) to tell the motor how much power to deliver. If the magnet doesn’t pass the sensor correctly, the motor cannot provide the proper assistance.

Check the following:

  • Ensure the speed magnet is tightly fixed on the spoke and facing the right side of the bike.

  • Locate the sensor on the lower right part of the frame (black, branded Bafang).

  • Spin the rear wheel so the magnet passes the sensor. Adjust the magnet height if needed so it lines up correctly and doesn’t miss the sensor.

  • The magnet should be roughly 2–3 cm from the rim toward the wheel center.

If the problem continues, please contact your nearest service partner.

Electric Two and battery

My Electric Two battery button is not working or showing any lights

If pressing the battery button doesn’t light up, your battery may be completely empty. Charge it for a few hours and see if the lights come on. Double-check all connection points to ensure the plugs are properly inserted.

If the lights still don’t appear after charging, the issue could be with the charger. If the charger is working correctly but the problem persists, please visit your nearest service partner.

Was this helpful?

My Electric Two battery is not charging

If your battery isn’t charging, the charger might not be working correctly. The charger has two lights indicating the charge status:

  • Orange: Charging in progress, battery not full

  • Green: Battery fully charged

If no lights appear when plugged in, check the power source, cables, and plugs to ensure everything is properly connected. If all connections are correct and there are still no lights, the charger may be broken.

If your battery still won’t charge, or you suspect a faulty charger, please contact Customer Care.

My Electric Two battery range seems very low

The battery in your Electric Two usually takes about 7 hours to charge and provides a range of 60–120 km. Battery range can vary depending on several factors:

  • Weather conditions

  • Tire pressure and road quality

  • Total weight on the bike

  • Battery age

  • Average speed

  • Level of motor assistance

  • Enviolo® settings

  • Type of surface

The more of these factors that come into play, the shorter the range may be. Remember, the battery is always active and uses a small amount of power even when the bike is not in use.

We recommend charging your battery regularly and avoiding leaving it empty for long periods. Batteries can self-discharge over time, and a deep discharge can affect their capacity.

My Electric Two battery was dropped

If your battery has fallen or been hit, stop using it and take it to your nearest service partner for inspection.

Safety tips:

  • Leaking battery: Do not touch it. Leaking electrolytes can irritate the skin. If any gets in your eyes, do not rub—rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.

  • Hot battery: Keep yourself and others at a safe distance. Avoid touching it.

A dropped battery can overheat, smoke, or even catch fire.

Do not use the battery if you notice:

  • It becomes hot during use, charging, or storage

  • A strong smell develops

  • Its appearance changes

  • Any other unusual behavior

For more details, see the Electric Two manual on battery use and storage.
