What kind of Electric Bike insurance do we offer?

In collaboration with our partner Qover, we offer insurance for our Electric bikes.

This annual insurance policy covers theft and material damage caused by accidents, vandalism, flooding, fire, and other external factors. Depending on your coverage, roadside assistance is also included.

Theft insurance
If your bike is stolen, Qover can reimburse you. Damage caused by an attempted theft is also covered.

Material damage insurance
Your bike is insured against damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, flooding, fire, and other external causes. Qover reimburses the repair costs after applying the excess.

Roadside assistance
If your bike becomes immobilised on a road accessible to breakdown services, Qover can organise assistance, including:

• Roadside assistance and towing

• Help getting children home or guidance

• Flat tyre assistance

• Help in case of lost lock keys or a blocked lock

• Assistance during onward travel

Availability
Insurance is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Prices, coverage, and terms may vary by country.
