To test-ride at our Veloretti Brand Store, you can book an appointment on this page. For City and Kids bikes, no appointment is needed—just drop by.
Our Ivy and Ace Two electric bikes are available for test rides at partner stores. City and Kids bikes can only be test-ridden at our Veloretti Brand Store in Amsterdam.
Test rides are free and typically take 15–30 minutes. Please bring a valid ID.
At checkout, select delivery to a partner store for in-store assembly. This service costs €99 and includes a free first service within 3 months. Assembly is available only for the Ivy and Ace Two.
Your bike will be shipped from our warehouse based on standard delivery times (varies by model and colour). Once delivered, the partner store aims to assemble your bike within 5 working days. Store delivery does not speed up shipping.
Currently, our click-and-collect service is available in the Netherlands. Check the map above to find a location near you. We’re expanding into Germany and Belgium—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

*We’ll handle warranty-related issues in these countries, often by arranging pickup and return, or reimbursing local repair invoices. Our bikes use standard, high-quality components compatible with most local shops.
No, click-and-collect is only available for Electric Two models. For City bike assembly at home, you can follow our step-by-step video guides.
Unfortunately, this can’t be changed after placing your order. If your bike hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel and reorder with in-store assembly selected.
