How and when should I service my bike?

We recommend checking your bike regularly and booking a professional service check at least once a year.

For Electric bikes, we advise scheduling a service check with your nearest Veloretti Retail Partner.
For City and Kids bikes, an annual service check is also recommended and can be carried out at a local bike shop.

In addition to professional servicing, it’s important to keep your bike in good condition on a daily basis. Regular checks help ensure safe rides and extend the lifespan of your bike. Visit our Bike info pages for guidance on daily and periodic maintenance.

My Electric One does not turn on

A common reason your Electric One won’t start is a drained battery. Charge the battery for a few hours, then press the display for five seconds to turn it on.

If it still doesn’t start, check whether the battery is supplying power. A simple test: lift the rear wheel off the ground, spin it, and see if the lights on the Enviolo® button illuminate. If they don’t, the battery may not be providing power.

If the Enviolo® button lights up, the issue could be with the display. Inspect the screen, cables, and connectors for any damage. Disconnecting and reconnecting the cable can sometimes help, but be very careful, as connectors are delicate.

For further assistance, visit your nearest Retail Partner.

Damage and loose parts

Before each ride, do a quick visual check for damage or loose parts. Regularly inspect components for cracks or heavy wear, as these may need immediate replacement. Tighten bolts if you notice any looseness. Pay extra attention to key areas such as electrical components, the seatpost, disc brake bolts, pedals and cranks, wheel axle nuts, and carriers.
