Product update – Saddle clamp for Electric Two
During our routine quality checks, we identified a potential safety risk related to the saddle clamp on a limited number of Electric Two bikes.
In some cases, if incorrectly adjusted, the saddle clamp bolt may not remain secure enough. To prevent this, we are offering affected customers a replacement saddle and seatpost kit free of charge.
In March 2025, we contacted affected customers by email about this product update. If you received an email from us, your bike is part of the affected production batch.
What do you need to do?
First, check whether your saddle currently has any play or movement, or whether it has had this in the past.
If your saddle feels loose or unstable, stop using your bike and contact our customer service team before riding again. Then, continue with the replacement request.
If your saddle is securely fastened, you can continue using your bike. We still ask you to request your free replacement kit as a precaution.
How to request your replacement kit
Go to our dedicated landing page, fill in your frame number and personal details, and upload a photo of your current saddle. Your replacement kit will be delivered free of charge and includes clear instructions, so you can install it yourself.
