During one of the regular quality controls that Veloretti conducts, a potential issue with the seat clamp was identified. In exceptional cases, the bolt of the seat clamp may not be securely fastened if it is not adjusted correctly. This could pose a potential safety risk.
Veloretti has improved the saddle design to address the identified issue. You can request a new, improved saddle by following the steps on this page.
Once requested, the delivery of the new improved saddle will take between now and 8 weeks.
The saddle is very easy to replace yourself with the instructions provided.
Is your saddle loose (or has it ever been loose before)? For now, please stop using your Veloretti bike and contact our customer care team immediately. We’re happy to assist you.
Is your saddle firmly in place? You can continue riding your bike. However, we strongly urge you to request a new saddle for your safety, via this page.
