If you notice that a wheel feels loose or unstable, please contact us. We’ll send you a free service kit with clear instructions to help you resolve this easily at home.

• When will my bike be delivered?

  Delivery times depend on the color of the bike you choose. You can find the specific delivery info right under your preferred color on the product page.
  

• Who will deliver my bike?

  Netherlands

  • Zip codes 1001 – 4999: Delivered by Breedveld Logistics (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–21:00). Breedveld will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.

  • All other zip codes: Delivered by PostNL Extra@Home (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–21:00). You will receive a track & trace code from PostNL to monitor your delivery.

  Belgium

  • Delivered by Breedveld Logistics or PostNL Extra@Home (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–21:00). Breedveld will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.

  Germany

  • Delivered by Breedveld Logistics (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–21:00). Breedveld will call you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.

Click & Collect (via service partner)

• Check the preferred bike color for the latest delivery times. Add 5 extra days for assembly at the service partner.

• You’ll get a shipping confirmation email when your bike is ready to go to the service partner. No track & trace is sent.

• The service partner will contact you once your bike is ready to pick up.

City & Kids Bikes

• Shipped within 24 hours. Expected delivery: 2–5 working days.

• City bikes: Delivered on weekdays.

• Kids bikes & accessories: Delivered on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order leaves our warehouse.

• Note: If you ordered a City bike with a basket, the basket arrives separately.

Accessories & Spare Parts

• Shipped within 24 hours. Expected delivery: 2–5 working days.

• Delivery can take place on weekdays, evenings, or Saturdays.

We offer a limited range of spare parts for servicing the bikes we sell.

For Electric bikes, we recommend visiting your nearest Veloretti service partner. Our partners provide full-service expertise for maintenance and repairs, can order specific Electric bike spare parts, and ensure professional installation. Use our store locator to find the nearest location.

Please don’t modify or upgrade your Electric bike with third-party parts unless Veloretti or a service partner has confirmed compatibility. Changes to the original bike may affect warranty and insurance coverage.

For City and Kids bikes, many components are standard parts that are widely available at local bike shops. If you’re looking for a specific Veloretti spare part, feel free to contact us.

For Mini's and Tricycles, you can find all the necessary replacements in our Spare Parts Webshop to get everything back on track.

We recommend checking your bike regularly and booking a professional service check at least once a year.

For Electric bikes, we advise scheduling a service check with your nearest Veloretti service partner.
For City and Kids bikes, an annual service check is also recommended and can be carried out at a local bike shop.
