Do you sell spare parts?

We offer a limited range of spare parts for servicing the bikes we sell.

For Electric bikes, we recommend visiting your nearest Veloretti Retail Partner. Our partners provide full-service expertise for maintenance and repairs, can order specific Electric Bike spare parts, and ensure professional installation. Use our store locator to find the nearest location.

Please don’t modify or upgrade your Electric bike with third-party parts unless Veloretti or a Retail Partner has confirmed compatibility. Changes to the original bike may affect warranty and insurance coverage.

For City and Kids bikes, many components are standard parts that are widely available at local bike shops. If you’re looking for a specific Veloretti spare part, feel free to contact us.

My Junior chain is too tight or loose

Proper chain tension is crucial, especially for coaster brakes, as a malfunction can cause brake failure. The tension is correct when the chain wiggles 1 cm up and down.

To tighten a bike chain, you first loosen the axle nuts on the rear wheel, then pull the wheel backward until the chain can only wiggle about 1 cm up and down. Once the tension is correct, hold the wheel centered in the dropouts and firmly retighten the axle nuts
