Daily checks and improvements
More on maintenanceProfessional service checks
For optimal performance, we recommend a first service after 500 km. After that, have your bike serviced every 1,000 km or at least once a year. All service checks can be carried out at your nearest Veloretti service partner.
Damage and loose parts
Before each ride, do a quick visual check for damage or loose parts. Regularly inspect components for cracks or heavy wear, as these may need immediate replacement. Tighten bolts if you notice any looseness. Pay extra attention to key areas such as electrical components, the seatpost, disc brake bolts, pedals and cranks, wheel axle nuts, and carriers.
Bike cleaning
Clean your bike regularly. Use a soft, damp cloth and clean gently after your rides.
Battery care
Always use the original charger and charge the battery at temperatures above 0°C. Due to normal battery discharge, make sure to charge the battery at least once every three months. If the battery has been dropped, have it checked by a Veloretti service partner.
Tyre pressure
Correct tyre pressure helps ensure good handling and maximum battery range. We recommend a tyre pressure between 3 and 4 bar.
Firmware
Download the Veloretti App to keep the bike updated with the latest firmware.
