The bike itself works great. Easy to use and battery life is good. A lot of positive remarks. The shipment to the dealership was a bit of an issue but is solved by both the dealer and Veloretti

Very good bike in everything, but the sticker attached on the frame reporting the "Veloretti" brand name gets scratched very easily and tends to detach, so that the brand of the bike would soon not be visible anymore.

Great bike, only Enviolo calibration does not work on iPhone, but works well by company calibration. Makes a lot of fun.

Bike arrives almost completely installed. Just have to attach some minor attributes. There is a good Manual for this. Bike is of great quality and the finishing up is excellent. Eye for detail! Thank you!

Customer service of high quality and very solution oriented. I bought a little while back about a Porteur Carrier of low quality. It broke a few weeks after I started to use it. The customer service was very helpful and help directly once mail received with sending a replacement product and apologised agreeing that this quality is not good enough.
