Product update – Front fork for Ace Two and Ivy Two

In November 2024, we initiated a precautionary product update for a limited number of Veloretti Ace Two and Ivy Two bikes.

During our internal quality checks, we identified a potential safety risk related to the front fork. As a precaution, we decided to replace the front fork on the affected bikes free of charge.

This product update applied only to a specific production batch of Ace Two and Ivy Two models.

If your bike was part of this batch, we contacted you directly by email and phone to arrange the replacement. If you did not receive a notification from us, your bike is not part of the affected batch and no action is required.
