The bike is great.  It's stylish, light and rides very well.  I'm giving it a lesser rating as the assembly was quite difficult.  The youtube video and instructions made it seem much easier that it was.

VELORETTI’s Customer service is exceptional, I was very well advised. People I spoke with are reactive and nice and I was event sent a bonus because the cupboard of my bike had been a bit damaged. Nothing to complain about. Also, the site is extremely pleasant and intuitive, the packaging very fun, in short super expérience !

We have a good experience with Veloretti. We bought a beautiful minibike from the outlet. Unfortunately, a part was missing. After contacting customer service, the part was delivered very quickly and our daughter was very happy with her birthday present.

I have electric bike - Ace - and I love it!! Awesome performance so far (still a new user though hope it stays like that).
Recommending it! Much quicker delivery ansponsiveness in comparison to VanMoof for instance and offering samesimilar design, functionality and safety. If you are like me, you go where they care for you and do not treat you as garbage. And that is in my opinion Veloretti! @veloretti don't mess it up with customer care going forward 😄

I was a little late with ordering the bike. So I called the customer service to ask if the tricycle would be on time for the birthday party. She told me to order the bike and call back with the order number so that they could try their best to ship the order as soon as possible. I already received the tricycle the next day, great service!
