Delivery was quick, items arrived safely and the bike is lovely - the kid loves it! High quality work, all the necessary tools are provided.

There would be only 2 things stopping me giving 5 stars and I think they are relatively minor:
1) The instructions could be a little clearer/better signposted. I ordered the three wheeler, which is essentially the single wheel balance bike + an extra wheel and the bits necessary. You get manuals for both, which is great, because you can convert the trike into a bike. However, the parts being used in each step could be more clearly labelled and as such it was a bit of guesswork to getting things in the right order.
2) The veloretti logo on the front of the bike has been applied really poorly, or has been applied and then reapplied as there is black adhesive visible around the logo. This detracts from the overall quality of the bike and stands out as a poor quality item amongst great work.

Overall, I would recommend for kids bikes.

Delivery was very smooth and fast, package arrived unharmed and the bike itself is georgeous!

The instruction materials could be more descriptive with more pictures rather than words. I struggled a little bit with the assembly. But all necessary pieces of equipment were added and at the end it fit together well. So it’s only the instructions themselves in my opinion that would be worth looking into how to improve.

Fantastic service

It is started a but cumbersome with delivery refusing to bring package to my apartment and missing some assembly tools, also some spare parts were not delivered correctly. But after i rolled a semi assembled bike to a shop on Van Wou, I found all the help I needed. Guys were very friendly and helped me to assemble the bike. Overall, great people made up for all company inefficiencies and left a good final impression!

Went to the flagship store in Amsterdam to see and test the bike, really nice and helpful people in the store. Ordered my bike online, it would have been nice if the shipping company indicated when the delivery was planned. Received the bike in a nice box trough a neighbour, setup of the bike was pretty easy to do. The bike is exactly want I expected. Only the lock that I ordered feels a bit cheap in terms of materials. I hope the bike last long.

I have received my new bike, and it looks great! Unfortunately there is a small part missing. One call, directly someone answering the phonecall, sparepart will be sent in a couple of days.
It is a service level most brands cannot complete with!

Bike seems fine, don’t love the grips, overall I am a bit disappointed. But the biggest issue is the shipping. Got it a week later than promised. Please, don’t promise a date you can’t achieve. Put it further, people will value honest calculations more.

Didn`t really work the link Track and Trace. Then I tried to contact info..veloretti.com twice and never get the answer (there are 9 days left). So I get a bit worried about delivering.

Beautiful bike with a stylish and lightweight design. Good balance between price and quality and I'm very happy with this bike. My previous one got stolen so bought it again ;)
