I really like the brand and the design of the bikes. Everything was easy and fast. Only the stickers on the bike were not really straight and the black one with veloretti on it had a hole in it already. It was a little disappointing to be honest.
But I would still recommend the bikes and the company.

We got two tricycles for our 2 year old twins recently.  The customer service was fantastic.  I realised I had got a digit in my contact number incorrect, & after emailing got a reply from the team very promptly to say my error had been corrected.  I also got a phonecall to confirm my address as I hadn't included a house number.  The tricycles were shipped quickly & made it to Ireland in well under 1 week.  The tricycles themselves are great quality, strong, look beautiful & we're easy to assemble.  I would highly recommend Veloretti

I love my new bike.
In my opinion, the setup was a bit more complicated than expected. But I finally made it! The bike is very light in weight and the wheels are slim. In addition, the bike looks really cool and urban. Just the way I wanted it to be.
It drives very sleek and it gives me a good driving feeling.
