Setting it up is simple: Electric bikes are provided in the employer’s name and may be used for business purposes. We work together with our leasing partner, who takes care of all the administrative tasks and onboarding for you. Veloretti will deliver the bikes. Simply as that.

How it works.
- Register your company Fill in our registration form with your company details. After your registration, our leasing partner will do a credit check. On working days, you will hear whether your application has been approved within 24 hours.
- Sign the cooperation agreement Following approval, our leasing partner will send you the digitally signable cooperation terms and conditions. You will then have access to the online platform of our leasing partner.
- Choose your company bike After you are added to the platform, you will receive one personal order code to order one or more Veloretti company bicycles from us.
- Administration & delivery You have no financial obligations with leasing. Our leasing partner handles all of the paperwork, and we deliver the bike to your doorstep with care.

As an employer, you lease the bikes in the company's name. This means that the bikes are not registered in the employee's name and can only be used for work. As a result, employers won't have to pay additional tax liability. The lease costs can be reported as business expenses by the employer, resulting in lower profit tax. Employers also receive a 21% VAT reduction. The leasing company owns the bicycle during the lease period.
The employer pays only €79.74 per month for the lease, which includes service and insurance. The lease agreement is for 36 months. Veloretti Electric bikes can be purchased after the lease contract for 20% of the purchase price.
Veloretti company bicycles are delivered free of charge. Our delivery partner delivers the Veloretti company bicycles in packages. It's also possible to deliver company bicycles to various locations. The delivery time ranges from 10 to 15 working days. Accessories are delivered separately.
All leased Veloretti Electric company bikes are insured through our leasing partner Lease a Bike. Electrics are fully insured against theft and damage, with a maximum of two claims per Veloretti Electric. Maintenance is reimbursed up to 150€ per Electric per year.
All our City Bikes and Electrics can be branded in your company's corporate identity. Our design team will start working on the ideal bike after discussing your needs. Due to the hand branding of the bikes, delivery times may be longer. You'll need to order a minimum of 10 bikes for this service. Ask us about the possibilities!
