I got my awesome cafechaser but I got some scratches on my bike and the box was barely opened when I received it. Hope other customers will not experience this.

The delivery was quick, and it was pretty easy to assemble the bikes – thanks to the fact that they were mostly already assembled, and the video / instructions were point on. Unfortunately, we haven`t had the chance to take the bikes for a spin yet. Additionally, the overall look of the bikes are extremely nice.

I bought city bike without gear and I am very happy with it. One drawback was about the lock which was not possible to install because the screw was not holding well. Other than that, installing went good.

The bike is light and feels reliable, and overall is a great ride. However the only minor issues I have is that the steering wheel is a little too loose for my liking and the bike chain didn’t come pre-lubed enough. Also upon assembly the bike did not come with saddle ring, so I had to purchase one myself. These issues however did not stop me from enjoying the bike and were easily fixable!

Great overall experience 

I love the bike, however it is not the cheapest, but it is good quality. Only downside is it took me a good 2/3 hours to build it.

Good experience, fast delivery, and friendly customer service that responds promptly. The only downside is the stock of items which is not managed well. For instance, for a child's bike with a matching helmet, you may have to wait 3 months for the helmet.
